The Vic, MediaCityUK

Midi Photography was asked by Peel Group to photograph the completed  refurbishment and internal fit-out of The Vic (formally known as The Victoria Building) at The Quays, MediaCityUK.

The Vic is instantly recognisable with its unmistakable waterside elevation and it is one of the older buildings still standing around The Quays / MediaCityUK. 

It was a beautiful, sunny day when the building was photographed which really brings out the colours in the brickwork and reflects the colour of the sky in the extensive glazing.

Works at The Vic included strip out and refurbishment of the reception and ground floor areas, and core areas to eight floors.

The works also include improvements to the external envelope including a new entrance, improvements to the link bridge, minor external works and improvements to the multi-storey car park. Works include Cat A fit-out to the office spaces on floors five and eight, to be used as show offices for future tenants.

Newly landscaped areas on the quayside elevation, carefully intertwine with the stepped paved sections which makes a pleasant walk into the building.

The photography extended to the reception, first floor landing, link bridge and externals.
