Commercial Office Photography

It’s always a great opportunity to be asked by Main Contractor, TMT to carry out commercial office photography at Helical’s Trinity Manchester. This time on the 5th floor at the new Tosca offices which they have refurbished. Keeping with a similar design running through other floors to complement this wonderful office and retail building, Tosca was another superb commercial workspace to photograph.

The overall feel of the office is of an elegant, sophisticated and stylish workplace. Almost boutique.

The office includes a boardroom, meeting room, reception, kitchen / staff room, collaboration space and open plan desk space.

The design, specification choice and finish is superb. It is always a relief to see a thoughtful lighting design and Tosca’s fitout includes just that. Too many times a beautiful project has been ruined when a lighting scheme has been clearly omitted, usually for budgetary reasons.

The colour scheme is neutral and soft but this works so well, complementing the tasteful design which definitely includes  a nod to the building’s industrial past uses.
