Trinity Manchester is a 7-storey building in the centre of Manchester City Centre, and has a tonne of history. Its magnificent brick faced front facade hides a very modern interior, transformed by its recent exterior and interior re-modelling. The building, built over 150 years ago, following its office refurbishment is now a mixed-use commercial workspace with ground floor retail units. Full height glazing to the rear creates light, bright working environments. The 7th floor is a vertical extension of the existing building with stunning panoramic views of Manchester.

Midi Photography was instructed to take commercial architecture and interior photography of the second floor office refurbishment completed by long-term client, TMT. The quality of the design, style and finish wholly encompasses Trinity Manchester’s character that flows throughout the building.

The second floor space, unlike that on the other floors has been fitted out as a flexible co-working space described a s a’plug and play’ office. It is so spacious but has plenty of open plan desk space, a beautiful break-out space / staff room, meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.

The design is elegant and sophisticated with natural tones, Crittal type internal glazing frames, curtain fabrics to soften the walls and a thoughtfully designed lighting scheme. In combination with its tasteful design, it’s also a very stylish and cool place. One of those which makes you say ‘wow’ when you walk in.

As an architectural and interior photographer, sometimes you just know when a space is almost going to photograph itself. This is one of those spaces.
